A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 221, 308(5) r/w 3(5) B.N.S. 3. The case of the prosecution in brief is that on 29.12.2024, the V.R.O. of Kapavaram Village of Biccavole Mandal got information that red gravel was being dug and on that the I'nfOrmant, Who Was working aS V.R.A. of Kapavaram Village of Biccavole Mandal, observed Ac.1.23 cents of land in survey No.32-1B, they found one X200 JOB machine there and that red gravel was dug for 15 feet deep in the land, and on enquiry, driver of the JOB machine Rajesh, s/o. Naga Satyanarayana informed that the JOB belongs to A.1 and the petitioner/A.2. As they were not able to take the JOB to police station, the VRO kept the informant to guard the same and to see that no diggings take place. On 30.12.2024, at about 3.00 PM, A.1, the petitioner/A.2 and the driver Rajesh tried to dig the gravel again, the informant informed that VRO informed that there are no permissions to dig gravel in that place and \-. 2 f/ that he was kept there to guard the same. on that, the sal-d three persons came to him with stl'cks and threatened to kI'll hl-m, pushed him aside and took the JOB machine forcl'bly. Hence, the report. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. A perusal of the material ava"able on record goes to showthat the petl'tioner, along wl'th other accused, l's alleged to have beaten the I'nformant and took away the JOB whl'ch was being guarded by the I'nformant.
