The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 60 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(a), 26, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17(i) (ii) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Chatra. 3. On 05.05.2021, Tandwa Police apprehended co-accused persons from Samidih forest area (Laranga) and seized arms and ammunition from there. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S.
