Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 96, 70(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 3(2)(v), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST Act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribag. 3. On 07.06.2025, the petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the victim. She was taken to a nearby forest and on the point of knife, she was gang rapped. It is alleged that the victim was again confined in a thatched house and she was raped intermittently for eleven hours. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is counter case filed by the father of the petitioner against the brother-in-law of the victim. It was further submitted that the medical report does not support the allegation. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
