His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure at the present place, which falls in hard area, he preferred a representation on 30.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondents No.3/competent authority, seeking his transfer to a station of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - choice. Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of five weeks from today.
