JUSTICE S.SUNIL DUTT YADAV) Learned counsel for respondent No.1 files a memo along with communication dated 28.07.2025 and submits that the direction of the learned Single Judge has been complied with. 2. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that unless the documents sought for are made over to him, he will not be in a position to prosecute the proceedings initiated under Section 153C of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the assessment years 2013-14 to 2018-19. It is submitted that he would challenge the order refusing to divulge information within four weeks. 3. In light of the order passed by the respondent, the proceedings are dropped. Needless to state that in light of the liberty being reserved to challenge the action of the respondent and taking note of the observations made by the learned Single judge directing non-precipitation till - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11161-DB CCC No. 100238 of 2025 consideration of the representation, it would be appropriate that respondent – Authorities not to take any precipitative action in 153-C proceedings for a period of four weeks from today.
