Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to the trial Court. 2. PUD has been received from the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Raigarh (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to decide Civil Suit No. A-8/2021 (Suresh Kumar Jagatramka Vs. Mahesh Kumar), wherein it has been directed to decide the same upto 25.02.2025. 3. This Court vide order dated 27.03.2025 passed in MCC No. 300 of 2025 has already granted further four months time to the trial Court to conclude the trial and the trial Court has again sought time for the same with a reason that the plaintiff intends to delay the proceedings by making excuses. 4. For the reasons as aforestated and in view of the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further six months time is granted to the trial Court for deciding the aforesaid civil suit. The time given shall start from today. 5. A copy of this order be forwarded to the plaintiff that he will not take any undue advantage and will not adopt delay tactics in concluding the 3 trial. 6. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed if the plaintiff takes any undue advantage as well as adopts any delay tactics and also at liberty to proceed in accordance with law against the plaintiff also. 7.
