Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue an order or direction to direct the Additional Civil Judge (Senior division)-02 Mathura to decide Ex-06/2023 Smt. Omwati v/s Tejveer singh arising out of the O.S. no.562/2014 within stipulated time." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2014 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 5. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) 02, Mathura to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
