He was also produced a copy of the order dated 29.07.2025, which is being taken on record. 2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, since, the Respondent No. 2 has already considered the reply of the petitioner, at present, he is having no grievance in the present writ petition, however, liberty may be reserved to them to challenge the action of the Respondent, if occasion so arises. 3. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the opposite cousel. 4. On due consideration, the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage reserving the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy available under the law, if occasion so arises.
