Petitioners have filed the present petition with the following prayer: “It is therefore, humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR dated 09.12.2021 (Annexure P-2) Crmp 127 of 2022 2 for offence u/s 294, 323, 34, 452, 506 of IPC which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law and thus, liable to be quashed in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset, would submit that the petitioners were acquitted from the charges, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. 3.
