The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Saiko P.S. Case No. 19/2025, for the offences registered under Section 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Amit Akash Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khunti. 3. On 27.04.2025, Saiko Police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from a place near Jeuri Karkari river. On search, a loaded country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this Petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than six months. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Akash Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khunti or his successor in connection with Saiko P.S.
