However, the prayer clause D refers to ‘B’ summary report dated 12/05/2021 in respect of the C.R. No.484/2020 registered at Vairag Police Station, u/s 354 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. The matter is pending before the learned Magistrate who has not yet considered whether to accept or reject the B summary report. If the summary report is not accepted, the Magistrate is empowered to direct further investigation.
