The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hussainbad P.S. Case No. 258 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.517 of 2025, S.T. Case No. 227 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103, 3(5) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-b) a, 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.D.J.- VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 3001/2025, by order dated 08.09.2025. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, Puja Kumari. He had conspired her murder. On the date of occurrence, the petitioner called the deceased to a hotel. The deceased went there along-with her 10 years old daughter. On seeing them, the deceased left the place of occurrence and thereafter, two assailants came there and shot his wife. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
