Pursuant to order passed by this Court dated 07.04.2025, petitioner is present before this Court. 3. After some argument, prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 5.
