Present C528 application is filed with the prayer to quash the charge-sheet dated 01.07.2023, cognizance order dated 06.03.2024 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1351 of 2024, State vs. Deepa (Crime No.54 of 2023), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant was directed to appear before the trial court on 25.05.2024, but the applicant did not appear, therefore, trial court was constraint to issue bailable warrant against the applicant vide order dated 03.02.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State would admit the aforesaid facts made by the learned counsel for the applicant. 5. In the interest of justice, the bailable warrant issued against the applicant shall remain kept in abeyance, subject to the condition that the applicant will appear before the concerned Court on the date fixed i.e. 01.04.2025. 6.
