Mr. Tsering, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has already been transferred to Damin-Huri and he has also joined at his new place of posting and therefore, no surviving grievance remains against the respondents in this writ petition. The learned counsel, accordingly, on instruction, prays for closure of this writ petition as having become infructuous. 3. Prayer, as sought for, is hereby granted. 4.
