No one appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out even in second round. 2 Mr. Amit Buxy, Govt. Advocate appears for the State. On previous date i.e., 25.08.2025 when the matter was taken up for hearing no one has chosen to appear for the petitioner. Even today no one appears for the petitioner.
