The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The petitioner is husband of the complainant. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cordial relations between the couple have been restored and they have compromised the case. The xerox copy of compromise petition is annexed as Annexure-2. 5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28758 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S.
