By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. By bare perusal of the application dated 17.03.2025 which has been preferred at the behest of petitioner no.1 to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahar wherein it has been mentioned crystal clearly that petitioner no.1/wife is willing to lead her peaceful life with petitioner no.2/husband, meaning thereby, both petitioners are not living together and as such, no protection can be extended as sought through the instant petition. 4.
