The present appeal arises from the civil suit filed in the year 1994. On 17.07.2003 the matter was admitted and the execution of the judgment and decree was stayed till the pendency of the appeal. The respondent is stated to have died and no one has appeared on behalf of the LRs of the respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that in view of the same, the present appeal be disposed of but liberty be granted to the appellants to revive the same in case any of the LRs of the respondent or any person on their behalf files execution or approaches the concerned department for implementation of the said judgments. 3.
