JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 18/09/2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed present petition assailing the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by Collector. It is further submitted that the petitioner filed a Revision Petition No.02/2024 on 20.02.2024, however, despite every possible endeavor the same has not been up for hearing till date. 2. On directions of the Court, Mr. Lokendra Singh Rao, Dy. G.C. puts in appearance, therefore, notices need not be issued. 3. It is submitted by the learned Dy. G.C. that no early hearing application was moved qua the said Revision petition. Howsoever, [2025:RJ-JP:38166] (2 of 2) [CW-14088/2025] it is assured that the Revision petition will be decided within a period of thirty days. 4. This Court directs that the representation/petition filed before the Revisional Authority i.e. Divisional Commissioner is bound to be adjudicated within a period of thirty days. 5.
