Respondent No.1(a) is stated to have expired.
Mr. Het Ram Thakur, Advocate, for respondents No.4(b) to 4(d), 6, 7, 9 and 10.
Respondent No.1(b) proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 02.07.2024.
Respondent No.4(a) proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 03.03.2024 passed by the Addl. Registrar(Judicial).

The present application has been filed for effecting service upon respondents No.3 and 8 by way of affixation.
Insofar as respondent No.3 is concerned, respondent No.3 had been proceeded against ex parte before the learned trial Court and even before the learned First Appellate Court, none had put in an appearance on behalf of respondent No.3. Insofar as respondent No.8 is concerned, respondent No.8 was duly represented by a counsel, both before the learned trial Court as well as before the learned First Appellate Court.
Insofar as both the aforesaid respondents are concerned, no change in their “Registered Address” in terms of Order 6 Rule 14(A) CPC was ever made before the learned trial Court, First Appellate Court or during the
pendency of the present appeal. Attempts to serve the aforesaid respondents, have been of no avail. Summons for effecting service of respondents No.3 and 8 cannot be served in the ordinary way, hence, the present application is allowed. Application stands disposed of.

Let respondents No.3 and 8 be serve3d by way of affixation, on their last known address, as given in the memo of parties and the correct address furnished by the appellants. Steps in this respect be taken within three days, on taking such steps, issue notices to them, returnable on or before the next date of hearing.
List the matter on 23.02.2026.
