Mirzapur, has reiterated for implementation of "Ad Interim Injunction Order" dated 22.11.2024 passed in Suit No.525 of 2024 (Om Shanker Kesharwani Vs. Kishore Kumar Keshari)." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions very fairly does not press the writ petition, but seeks liberty in favour of the petitioner to pursue the application filed by the petitioner under Order 39, Rule 2-A C.P.C., which is stated to be pending. 3.
