02 / 14.11.2025: This is an application for restoration of W.P.(S) No.1954 of 2023 to its original file, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he will remove the defect(s) within four weeks and begs apology for inconvenience caused to the Hon’ble Court.
3. Considering the
submissions, this C.M.P. is allowed. Consequently, W.P.(S) No.1954 of 2023 is restored to its original file subject to condition that the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry must be removed within a period of six weeks, failing which, this order of
restoration will not be given effect to.
4. After restoration, W.P.(S) No.1954 of 2023 be listed before an appropriate Bench.
