Learned counsel further submits that a letter, dated 27.01.2025 was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Andhra Pradesh to that effect (which forms part of the record) by stating as follows: “The above Writ Petition was filed before this Hon’ble Court, seeking a direction to the respondents to construct the proposed water tank in Sy.No.60/1 an extent of Ac.0.02 cents as per the grama panchayat resolution No.49, dated 29.12.2022 or in Sy.No.57/3A as per resolution No.45, dated 09.03.2022 instead of disputed land in Sy.No.71/1A as grama kantam using the activities to Vanumulamma Ammavari Temple and other activities to the villagers. Now the petitioner wants to withdraw W.P.No.33317 of 2023.” 2. In view of the request made by the learned counsel and the letter, dated 27.01.2025, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
