Dubey, A.P.P. --- 03 / 31.10.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kenduadih (Gondudih O.P) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of Sri R.K. Singh, learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 10386 of 2024 by order dated 12.02.2025. 3. Petitioner along with co-accused Shambhu Das had taken Rs. 18,00,000/- from the Informant and other persons on the pretext that they will be provided job. 4. Report regarding the stage of the trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that out of twelve charge sheeted witnesses, four have already been examined. Learned Trial has reported that the trial was likely to be concluded within 6-7 months. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
