Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0690 of 2024 under Sections 137(2), 87 BNS 2023, P.S. Firozabad South, District- Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under obligation to conduct the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously. He apprised the Court that the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded at the earliest, in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing that the investigation be concluded by the Investigating Officer under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police, Firozabad fairly, impartially and expeditiously. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the Competent Authority/Investigating Officer to act in accordance with law. (Prashant Kumar,J.)
