Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authorities to decide her representation Annexure P-4 in a time bound manner in view of the law laid down by this Court in CWP No. 1638/2024, titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 State of H.P. & Ors. decided on 29.11.2024 and in CWP No. 4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh Thakur & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. decided on 07.04.2025. 3. Prayer, being innocuous, is considered and allowed. 4. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of the aforesaid judgments.
