The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further order is required in view of the interim order dated 18.11.2013 in W.P.M.P.No.40749 of 2013 which was filed to suspend the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 12.11.2013 suspending the authorization of the writ petitioner for fair price shop No.1205005 of G.Kottala village, Guntakal mandal and this Court further directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders. 03. The learned Assistant placed on record the written instructions of Tahsildar, Guntakal, vide RC.No.CSDT/367/2024 dated 26.10.2024 informing that the petitioner died on 13.03.2020 and that his son Sri K.Jayaprakash Narayana submitted an application to appoint him as permanent dealer on compassionate ground. 04. In view of the death of the petitioner, the writ petition is closed as abated. It is open for the authorities to consider the application of the son of the writ petitioner as per law, if it is still pending for consideration. There shall be no orders as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ___________________ ___ JUSTICE B.S.
