The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 290 of 2024 arising out of Ango P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 452 & 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 2001, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 6394/2024. 4. On 23.03.2024 at about 09:00 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons came to the house of the informant and assaulter her husband, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons, including this petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely Manoj Soren has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 9982/2024 and the case of this petitioner stands exactly on similar footing. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribag in connection with S.T.
