Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and co- accused Adil Kumar tried to snatch Rs.2000/- from informant’s son and on protest, they took him to a school and brutally assaulted informant’s son causing him multiple injuries in the head. Son of the informant died during treatment. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28208 of 2025(4) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 specific allegation that he and his associate brutally assaulted informant’s son as a result of which he sustained multiple injuries on the head and succumbed to the same during treatment. 6.
