arrest by concealing themselves and by putting pressure upon the complainant to withdraw the case. The learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad being satisfied that the petitioners are absconding directed issuance of the written proclamation under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. against them directing them to appear at 11:30 am on 17.11.2025 in his court. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegations against the petitioners are all false. Hence, it is submitted that the prayer as prayed for by the petitioners be allowed. 5. The learned Addl. P.P. on the other hand vehemently opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioners have not dared to plead any illegality in the impugned order; as absolutely there is no illegality in the impugned order which given the petitioners knows; but the frivolous petition has been filed only to waste the time of the Court. Hence, it is submitted that this criminal miscellaneous petition being without any merit be dismissed.
6. Having heard the submissions made at the Bar and after going through the materials available in the record, it is pertinent to mention here that this Court do not find any illegality in the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa (M.P.L. O.P.) P.S. Case No. 297 of 2025 (S) nor the petitioners even mentioned in this criminal miscellaneous petition as to in what manner any illegality is there in the impugned order. (2025:JHHC:33710)
