This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1) An order or direction to the learned District Judge Firozabad to decide Transfer application no. 52 of 2025 (Mohd. Haneef Vs. Hameed Khan) under Section 24 C.P.C. within stipulated period and the respondents may be directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question. It is contended that the transfer application filed under Section 24 CPC is pending consideration before District Judge, Firozabad. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said application. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a request to District Judge, Firozabad to consider and decide the Transfer Application No.52 of 2025 filed under Section 24 CPC, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
