P.C.: 1) Mr. Sale, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions with liberty to prosecute applications filed before Labour /Industrial Court seeking restoration of the complaints. The Labour Court and Industrial Court are requested to expedite the hearing of the restoration applications and shall make an endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. For a period of three months from today, no precipitative steps shall be taken against Petitioner for non-implementation of the impugned order. 3) Restoration applications shall be decided on their own merits. 4) With the above directions, Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
