The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. “Issue a writ in the direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by petitioner on 12.07.2015 vide Annexure-F. b. Issue any other writ or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard Smt. Vaibhavi Inamadar for Sri. D.M. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri. M.M. Kannur, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel Smt. Vaibhavi Inamadar submits that the case projected by the petitioner stands negatived by the judgments of the Co-ordinate Benches, which have been affirmed by the Apex Court. 4. Learned counsel Sri. M.M. Kannur accepts the same as a matter of fact. In light of the said circumstance, the petition is liable to be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, and the prayer of the petitioner cannot be granted in view of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16852 WP No. 106443 of 2016 decisions of the Court.
