Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 388 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 356, 382 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of Smt. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih. On 10.10.2023 at about 4:00 P.M., two unknown persons snatched the bag of the informant containing Rs.2,50,000/- from the place near Jama Masjid, Jamua. It was submitted that petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R. nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary submitted that petitioners have confessed their guilt. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih or her successor, in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 388 of 2023.
