Coram
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting?
For the Petitioner: Mr. Kush Sharma, Advocate.
For the Respondent: Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General. ___________________________________________________________________________
Sandeep Sharma, J. (Oral)
While placing on record copy of office order dated 18.12.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, Mr. Anish Banshtu, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that in compliance of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, representation having been filed by the petitioner was considered, but same has been rejected on the ground that petitioners are not similarly situate to Inder Singh Thakur’s case.
2.
Having carefully perused aforesaid order, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the afore contention of learned Deputy
2 Advocate General. Since there was only direction to consider case of the petitioners, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious.
2.
Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated.
