The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 4.3.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0073 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 131, 191(2), 351(2), 352, 308(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Hariparwat, District- Agra. Learned A.G.A has informed that in the present case, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners, but she is not certain whether cognizance has been taken thereon or not. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till the cognizance taken on the police report by the trial court, petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuant to the impugned F.I.R.
