1. Heard Mr. K. P. S. Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard S. S.
2 Baghel, Dy. Govt. Advocate, for the Respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"10.1. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quashed the impugned FIR No. 04/2024 Annexure P/1 registered in the police station Anusuchit Jati Kalyan (AJAK) Bilaspur District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. 10.2 Any other relief may also be granted in favour of the petitioner as may deem fit by the Hon'ble Court as per the facts circumstances of the case."
3. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without appropriate pleading and appears to be no such averments made in the present petition. Moreover the prayer which has been made in the present petition is also defective one as there is no mention of the date on which the FIR has been registered or the offences have not mentioned. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty with a cost of Rs.
2,000/- to be deposited in the account of Government School for Visual and Hearing Impaired, Tifra, District Bilaspur within 7 days from today and furnish the receipt of the same before the Registry of this High Court. 6. Certified copy, if any, filed in the petition be return back to the petitioner after retaining its attested true copy.
