The petitioners are stated to have filed objection against the request of respondent No. 3 for mutation of his name in place of Shiv Charan over Plot No. 8, area 820 square meters, Village/Sector Thapkheda, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Buddha Nagar. 2. It is submitted that the objection was filed in pursuance of a notice issued by the respondent-Authority inviting objections from persons interested in the said plot. On 03.12.2024, a notice was issued to the parties to remain present before the respondent-Authority on 16.12.2024 with their evidence. It is submitted that the petitioners appeared on the said date before the concerned officer and submitted their evidence but no decision has been taken in the matter so far and therefore, the present petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the objections of the petitioners. 3. Ms. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, Development Authority, states that in case, objection is still pending, the same will be decided. 4. Accordingly, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the objections filed by the petitioners be decided by the Competent Authority, Noida within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order after due notice to all concerned.
