When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that this petition is filed against the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the appeal filed by the petitioner against the notice issued to the petitioner dated 29.08.2015 by the 4th respondent and consequently, direct the respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that the appeal is already disposed of on 12.10.2018, cause of action does not survive in this matter and no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since, the relief has become infructuous.
