Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, at the instance of unofficial Respondents, the Police are forcing the Petitioners to withdraw the civil dispute. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents and to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
