The revision case was filed against the order of the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tirupathi, in which the order passed by the leaned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Puttur, in granting interim custody of the vehicle was set aside. In view of the disposal of the C.C ended in acquittal in favour of the petitioner and the vehicle was directed to be given to the custody 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.867 of 2010 Dated 17.03.2025 of the petitioner the criminal revision case has become infructuous and the same is liable to be dismissed. 2.
