Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Respondent is served and remained absent. 3. Taking into consideration the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as the distance between the Dharwad and Haveri is more than 100 kms and as the petitioner is residing separately, more hardship would be caused to the petitioner herein. Therefore, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, petition is allowed.
