Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 16/2025, arising out of Kunda P.S Case No. 03/2024, registered under sections 147/148/149/353/307/120B of IPC, Sections 27/25(1-A)/26/35 of Arms Act and Section 17(i)(ii) of CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned ADJ-V, Chatra. On 05.01.2024 at about 11:00 A.M., Kunda police received confidential information that some extremists belonging to TSPC cadre had assembled near Bhaismara. On the basis of this information, the police party went to the place of occurrence and on seeing the police party, the extremists opened fire. There was exchange of fire between the police personnel and extremists. However, on being overpowered the extremists, fled away. On search arms and ammunitions were recovered from the place of occurrence. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confidential information. It was further submitted that no police personnel were injured in the said occurrence. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but has not disputed the aforesaid facts. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-V, Chatra in connection with S.T. Case No. 16/2025, arising out of Kunda P.S Case No. 03/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Saurabh uploaded
