As the petitioner sanshte is not existing and the school is closed and the sanshta is not renewed by the competent authority for day to day activities and not trustee is appointed or nominated by the authorities. And petitioner and his lower court advocate Shri. L.B.Pujar advocate is also instructed me to withdraw the case by telephonic message. Hence petitioner do not want to prosecute the case further.
