This revision was filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.471 of 2009 in D.V.C.No.9 of 2009, dated 19.11.2009 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, whereby and whereunder the petition filed for return of Rs.15,00,000/- from the un-official respondents in terms of Section 23(2) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, in allowing the petition partly directing the revisionist to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to be payable to the first respondent and Rs.2,000/- per month to the second respondent from the date of the said petition. 3. As seen from the eCourts, D.V.C.No.9 of 2009 was disposed as withdrawn on 30.10.2013 itself by the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. In that view of the matter, even though, there is no representation for the revisionist and also for un-official respondents, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4.
