KRISHNA KUMAR) In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: (a) To issue writ of certiorari quashing/setting aside the impugned order passed by the respondent No.2 in No. ªÀĪÀÄE/L¹r/JJ£ïf-1/16/2011-12 dated 16/06/ 2012 and vide annexure-O and set aside the resolution passed by the Anganwadi Workers Selection Committee, Ron, headed by respondent No.4 dated 16.03.2012 and 27.03.2012 so far as it relates to cancellation of appointment of petitioner as Anganwadi Worker to Anganwadi center No.40 of Yavagal village vide Annexure-P. (b) Issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker at Anganwadi Center No.40 of Yavagal village. (c) Issue any such other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned proceedings / orders dated 16.03.2012 and 27.03.2012 passed by respondent Nos.1 to 7, whereby the objection raised by the petitioner for transfer of respondent No.8 from the post of Anganawadi Worker at Karatagi to the post of Anganawadi Worker at Yavgal were rejected by respondent No.1 to 7, who accordingly directed - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11373 WP No. 86139 of 2013 respondent No.8 to be transferred from Karatagi to Yavagal to the post of Anganawadi Worker. 3. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the present petition, in which, there is no interim order passed in favour of the petitioner, the aforesaid respondent No.8 – Smt.P.Renuka is no longer working at Yavagal as Anganawadi Worker but she has been transferred to Kanakagiri of Gangavati taluk and accordingly, the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation to respondent Nos.1 to 7 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganawadi Worker at Yavagal and without reference to the impugned order and impugned proceedings at Annexures-O and P respectively and in accordance with law. 4. Submission is placed on record. In view of the transfer of respondent No.8 from the post of Anganawadi Worker at Yavagal to the post of Anganawadi Worker at Karatagi, and submission made on behalf of the petitioner by her learned counsel, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit fresh / new - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11373 WP No. 86139 of 2013 representation to the concerned respondent Nos.1 to 7 for appointment to the post of Anganawadi Worker at Yavagal, Ron Taluk, Gadag District. 5. If the petitioner files such an application along with relevant documents, the concerned respondent Nos.1 to 7 shall consider the said request / application and proceed further and take appropriate decision / appropriate orders in accordance with law without reference to the impugned order / proceedings at Annexure-O, dated 16.06.2012 and Annexure-P dated 16.03.2012 and 27.03.2012, respectively and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6.
