The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tisra (Lodna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 95 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 65(1) of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. The parties were in relationship since last eight years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad in connection with Tisra (Lodna O.P.)
