For the respondents : Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, Additional Advocate General. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “I. That the Respondent No.4 may kindly be restrained from dealing with the matter pertaining to the complaint or cancellation of bonafide Himachali Certificate of the Petitioner at Annexure P-3 and he may also be restrained from making any cancellation of bonafide Himachali Certificate of the Petitioner. ii) That in case of any inquiry to be made regarding the complaint against bonafide Himachali certificate of the Petitioner, the same may kindly been entrusted to some other authority/agency except the Respondent No.4.” 2. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:40333 having perused the contents of the writ petition as well as the prayer clause, this Court is of the considered view that the petition is pre- mature. 3. As it is just a kind of show cause that was issued by the Tehsildar, the petitioner would have been well advised to submit his response to the communication Annexure P-4 to the Tehsildar concerned. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation to the Tehsilder, copy whereof is appended with this petition as Annexure P-7. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that Annexure P-4 shall be decided by Tehsildar in terms of the response filed by the petitioner as well as after giving an opportunity of hearing the petitioner. His statement his taken on record. 4. The petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
