Son of Dhaniya Oraon, resident of Village-Palheya Bariyatu, P.O.- Palheya, P.S.-Manika, District-Latehar .… Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand .... Opposite Party .... CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR For the Petitioner : Mr. Sushant Kr. Sinha, Adv. For the State : Ms. Anuradha Sahay, A.P.P. .... 02/24.01.2025 1. The applicant who is in custody since 07.06.2024 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Chhipadohar P.S. Case No.13/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a) of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Latehar. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on 04.10.2024 passed in B.A. No.7446 of 2024. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that the charge has not been framed till date as the sanction report is still wanting. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the period of custody and the fact that even sanction has not been granted till date, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chhipadohar P.S. Case No.13/2024, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self- attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
